A food grade silicone might be a good fit here! A shame that manufacturers don't just build them right!

That’s actually a really clever workaround, Adrian. Food-grade silicone would not only prevent poking but also flex naturally with movement. I always wonder why brands cut corners when a tiny design tweak could save so many bras from the trash. Sometimes it feels like we end up being the real engineers of our lingerie.
