Crowd Funded Bras: A Bratags Twist

I’ve been thinking about something that could blend community, support, and the playful niche we’re all here for: what if BRAND NEW bra purchases themselves were crowd funded?

Here’s the core idea: A model posts a wishlist of bras she’s dying to try... or simply dying in NEED of! Instead of a single person footing the bill, anyone in the community can chip in toward the cost. Once the goal is met and the bra is bought, contributors unlock an exclusive reward—the very first try-on/fitting session, shared only with those who pitched in.

It’s kind of like “buy me a gift” platforms, but instead of being broad and generic, it’s laser-focused on what Bratags is all about: breasts, bras, and the stories we build around them.

Why this works:

• Collective engagement – Many can take part, no single person carries the load.
• Exclusive access – The reward is clear and enticing: first look at the fitting.
• Simple + transparent – A wishlist, a minimum contribution, a clear unlock.

Questions to spark discussion:

• Should there be tiers of contribution (e.g., bigger donors get extra perks), or keep it totally equal access?
• Would people prefer an anonymous option to contribute, or keep it social?
• How do we best structure this so it feels clean, fair, and fun?

I see this as something that could really play into the playful yet intimate spirit of Bratags while giving models more creative ways to engage with the community.
